These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Metricora Social mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Metricora Social ("Metricora," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Metricora Social is a social media analytics application that lets you connect your own social media accounts to view content performance, engagement analysis, audience insights, and growth forecasts for those accounts.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
To use Metricora Social's analytics features, you connect social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) via that platform's official login flow. By connecting an account, you represent that you own it or otherwise have the authority to authorize Metricora Social to access it.
By default, Metricora Social requests only read/analytics-level access to a connected account — we never post, comment, follow, or take any action on that platform without your explicit, in-app action. If you use the Service's optional post-scheduling feature, connecting the relevant platform additionally requests publishing permission, and Metricora Social only publishes content you've created and scheduled yourself inside the app — never automatically and never without you initiating it. You can disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the associated stored credentials.
Your use of any connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service. Metricora Social is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform referenced in the Service. Connecting a YouTube channel is additionally subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's use of YouTube API Services.
Metricora Social offers a free tier (one connected account) and paid subscription tiers — Creator, Studio, and Agency — each unlocking more connected accounts and additional features, as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed and processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system, via your Apple ID. Metricora Social does not process, store, or have access to your payment card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration (monthly or annual, as selected) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (or the then-current price, if it has changed — Apple will notify you before any price increase applies).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app, under your name at the top of Settings, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund any already-completed billing period. Because billing is handled entirely by Apple, all billing questions, disputes, and refund requests are subject to Apple's own policies — Metricora Social cannot issue refunds directly.
Downgrading or canceling to a plan with a lower connected-account limit won't disconnect accounts you've already connected — it only prevents connecting additional ones until you're back under that plan's limit.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to connect an account you don't have authorization to access.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Metricora Social and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own content and data; we don't claim ownership of the social media content or data you access through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that analytics or forecasts will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free — forecasts in particular are statistical projections, not guarantees of future performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metricora Social will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
