These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Metricora mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Metricora ("Metricora," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Metricora is a social media analytics application that lets you connect your own social media accounts to view content performance, engagement analysis, audience insights, and growth forecasts for those accounts.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
To use Metricora's analytics features, you connect social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) via that platform's official login flow. By connecting an account, you represent that you own it or otherwise have the authority to authorize Metricora to access it.
Metricora only requests read/analytics-level access — we never post, comment, follow, or take any action on your behalf on any connected platform. You can disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the associated stored credentials.
Your use of any connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service. Metricora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform referenced in the Service.
Metricora offers a free tier with a limited number of connected accounts. We may introduce paid subscription tiers with additional features or higher limits; if we do, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you're charged.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to connect an account you don't have authorization to access.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Metricora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own content and data; we don't claim ownership of the social media content or data you access through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that analytics or forecasts will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free — forecasts in particular are statistical projections, not guarantees of future performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metricora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
