What Metricora reads
- Per post: views, reach, saves, likes, comments, and shares
- Account reach, total interactions, and follower count
- Follower demographics by gender, country, age, and city, when Instagram provides them
- Reach split between followers and non-followers
Good to know
- Demographics only appear once the account is large enough for Instagram to return them (roughly 100 followers)
- Personal accounts are not supported: Instagram analytics need a Business or Creator account
Access
- Connect with Instagram Login. A Facebook Page is not required
- Insights access is read-only and revocable at any time
- Publishing is a separate, optional permission, only used by the post scheduler

Do I need a Facebook Page to connect?
No. The default connection uses Instagram Login and does not need a linked Facebook Page.
Can Metricora post to my Instagram account?
Not by default. Analytics access is read-only. The optional post scheduler asks for a separate publish permission and only publishes content you create and send yourself.
Why are there no demographics on my account?
Instagram does not return audience demographics for very small accounts, so Metricora has nothing to show until your account is large enough.
